ConsultResearch Inc. is a 13-year-old Delaware corporation based in South Florida. It provides a host of services, including research and consulting for high-tech businesses, export of high-technology gear to overseas clients, and Internet services. The firm is headed by Ernie Martin, who has a Master's degree in Engineering (Caltech), has consulted for GE and other companies, and spent over 30 years in satellite and aviation businesses (see Résumé).
